Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We desire your utmost satisfaction with our products so we accept returns for any reason that you find your purchase unacceptable. 

To be eligible for a return, you need to let us know your Order Number so we can verify in our system.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No exceptions. We will accept replace any unacceptable orders.

Exchanges
In case you want to exchange your orders, please send us an email and let us know the reason why.

Refunds
In case of refunds, we issue checks that can be deposited to your bank account. Please give us 3-5 banking days to process refunds.
